RETURN OF GOODS:

It is clarified that the user has the right to return the order within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order at his own shipping costs.

For returns of defective products, there should equally be first contact with the company at 0030-2262071117.

Your refund will be made within 10 calendar days of receipt of the products at our company.

ORDER CANCELLATION DUE TO POSTPONEMENT

Cancellation of the order by the customer due to postponement is accepted only if the item has not yet been invoiced and given for shipment.

The cancellation is made by sending an e-mail to sales@kcherouvim.gr or by calling at 0030-2262071117 where the customer must state the exact details of the order in order for the cancellation process to proceed.
